If you wish to make a return or exchange, please notify us at returns@dollsdivas.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Please download our Returns Form available on our website (under Returns/exchange Policy) and fill this in.

Pack the items you are returning securely in their original packaging along with the Returns Form and the original receipt (we will not accept returns without these).

Our local shipping partner, Aramex, will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the items you are returning.

Upon return, all goods will be inspected. Once their condition is accepted we will process your return/exchange and send you an email to inform you.

If you paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card minus the cost of returning the items.
Please note: Dolls & Divas provides a free delivery service but, when a return is requested, the cost of returning this item is the responsibility of the customer.
