We aim to ensure everything we sell is of the highest quality and to your satisfaction. If however you should need to return anything to us, simply send the unused, unworn goods with all tags/labels attached and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving goods.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for SALE, jewelry, lingerie, handbags, sunglasses or swimwear items. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned in its original, undamaged and unmarked box. There must be no signs of wear on the soles.

Dolls & Divas reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in an unacceptable condition. All products will be inspected upon return. We cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been worn, used or had its tags removed. These items will be deemed unauthorized or ineligible for a refund/exchange and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Once eligibility of refund/exchange has been confirmed, we will send you an email to inform you.   We recommend that all returns are securely packaged and include the original receipt and Returns Form. We cannot accept returns without these.

The Return service will be provided by our partner Aramex who will contact you prior to collection and arrange a convenient time to pick up the items you wish to return. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and this will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

REFUNDS
If you paid using your credit/debit card, a refund will be issued within receiving the returned goods and an email will be sent to inform you. We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order.
The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on the bank or card issuer you are with.

INCORRECT ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at returns@dollsdivas.com and we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. A replacement will be issued and no delivery costs will be charged when returning this item to us.

FAULTY ITEM
Before delivery/shipment, all items in your order are thoroughly inspected to make sure they are in perfect condition. Therefore, we do not accept returns on merchandise that has been damaged.

Note: When trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Avoid wearing jewelry which may catch onto or snag the item of clothing. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
